Data Processing Agreement (databehandleraftale)

When we process (including store) personal data such as your name, gender, age, or CPR number, the law (the EU General Data Protection Regulation) requires us to enter into a data processing agreement.

It is our responsibility to assist you, as the data controller, in processing personal data correctly — that is, in compliance with the law and with the commitments you have made to the individuals whose data you have collected.

Fortunately, this is part of our everyday work, and we have all the necessary measures in place. Therefore, we have a standard data processing agreement ready to use, which simply needs to be completed and signed.
