Nobody can see inside a water system

For most people, water is just something that comes out of the tap. Few know how many processes it takes before the water we drink and bathe in is clean and has the right pH level.

Krüger Aquacare builds turnkey treatment plants all over the world and provides services for treating drinking water, wastewater and process water. One of them is cleaning, descaling and legionella control of water systems in large residential buildings.

Documentation that mustn't eat into the work

The systems are closed. Unless you're a specialist, you can't see inside them, and so you can't see that the work has been done either.

Krüger needed a tool to document the work for its customers. The requirement was that the documentation itself mustn't become a big, time-consuming job for the service technicians.

One photo before, one photo after

Visible proof of a job well done

We built a system where Krüger's service technicians take a before and an after photo inside the water system when they clean it. That gives the customer visible proof of a job well done.

Point the camera, take the photo

The technician brings an iPad to the job, and the job has already been set up in the system. So the technician literally just has to point the camera in the right direction and take a photo before the work begins.

The photo is automatically saved to the job and linked to the customer's history. Once the system has been cleaned, the technician takes an after photo, and the customer is automatically sent a link to the documentation.
