The Challenge
Arctic Hub wanted a more structured, user-friendly site with a modern look and feel. The website was cluttered and difficult to navigate, with multiple menus and rigid components requiring excessive manual work—like updating a news roulette instead of it auto-fetching the latest articles.
Our Approach
Since this was an enhancement rather than a full revamp, we retained the existing technology and setup. Together with Arctic Hub, we identified key areas for improvement and refined them. We started with a design sprint to refresh the visuals before implementing the updates directly on the site.

Overcoming challenges
Not everything was handed over from the previous provider, so despite a sneak peek into the code, we had to rebuild some elements from scratch. Additionally, the time zone difference between Denmark and Greenland required extra coordination, as the entire team wasn’t always available at the same time.
Results
A redesigned WordPress multisite with improved components, better navigation, and a modern look—making the Arctic Hub platform more intuitive and engaging.
