We began by reimagining the buying experience. With the new tool, customers can sketch their garden and instantly receive a personalized quote. In close collaboration with DM Greenkeeping, we refined the brand visuals, precisely defined the drawing tools, designed a streamlined purchase flow, and ensured the solution worked seamlessly across devices. The result is a flexible system that effortlessly converts tailored quotes into confirmed purchases.

The solution
Overcoming challenges
The existing monolith powers the company’s entire fleet logistics - and it had to work in tandem with the new buying experience. Our solution ensures data flows smoothly between the systems, while being built to handle scale: up to 1,000 daily orders, no sweat.
Results
The new purchase flow is set to launch for the 2025 season. Over 60% of customers are already completing their orders independently via the self-service tool - a powerful signal of usability and scalability. Built on a React frontend, the solution connects to the legacy PHP backend via a Node.js middleware layer, all with 100% test coverage across both unit and user levels.
