The Challenge

DSV Transport faced challenges with their digital touchpoints towards employees, customers, and drivers, they simply weren’t being used. The user experience, performance, and support for daily workflows were lacking. More than 35% of drivers didn’t use the mobile app intended for submitting delivery notes and other data. Onboarding new drivers was also difficult, which meant standard workflows weren’t followed. As the partnership gained momentum, it became clear that close collaboration led to impactful results. Together, we developed a range of products that helped solve key digital challenges, here are a few of note.

Truck log

To replace slow, paper-based workflows, we developed the Truck Log app for DSV Transport, giving drivers an easy way to manage bookings, upload weighing slips, and report incidents on the go. With both a native app for internal drivers and a web version for external hauliers, the solution is widely adopted, now handling over 99% of bookings across all departments. It’s helped DSV gain near real-time operational insights, reduce invoicing errors, and improve both forecasting and billing frequency.

Client- & haulier portal

To meet rising expectations for data access, we helped DSV Transport modernize their outdated customer portal into a fast, role-based platform. Built on the existing backend and integrated with Truck Log, the new solution gives foremen, hauliers, and office staff tailored access to schedules, bookings, financials, and emissions data. Thanks to a shared middle layer, we ensured smooth data management and high performance, displaying over 60,000 data points in just 4.4 seconds.AUL
